The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 3 Release Dates Announced

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 3‘s release dates have been announced. The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 3 will release for the PlayStation 4 on September 24. 2019 in North America, September 27, 2019 in Europe, and on October 4, 2019 in New Zealand and Australia. It is the third installment in the Trails of Cold Steel sub-series of The Legend of Heroes franchise, and is the 13th installment in the long running series. The game is a Japanese RPG, complete with various different characters for players to take control of. In case you couldn’t tell by the trailer’s name, some old friends and familiar faces will be returning in Trails of Cold Steel 3.

The first The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel game was released in Japan for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita in September of 2013. The game was then released in North America for the PlayStation 3 and Vita in December of 2015, and in Europe on the same consoles in January of 2016. A PC version of Trails of Cold Steel was released in August of 2017, and the PlayStation 4 version was released in North America on March of 2019. Read our review of the first game!

The sequel, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 2, released in Japan for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita in September of 2014. The game saw a North American release for the PlayStation 3 and Vita in September of 2016, with the European release following shortly after in November of 2016.
